It donates an electron to caffeine, and forms an ionic complex. So it alters the pharmacodynamics of the caffeine, and makes it more effective and stable in solution. It's taken me 2 years to make this solution work. I really like the effects.

Since the caffeine forms an ionic complex with the NALT, it's absorption is improved over just taking anhydrous caffeine powder. The stimulation is less peaky. It comes on smoother, and lasts longer than a caffeine pill.

This is a big problem I am seeing with people new to nootropics. They want to immediately jump into a stack, and do not want to put in the time to try thing by themselves, and see how each one affects them in isolation.
