Amp citrate / 1,3DMBA Safety?

Have there been any studies on this at all? Is there any reason to think this is safer than things that are more commonly thought of as research chemicals, like 4-fa?
I can't really find anything about this chemical--what even is it? Is it an amphetamine? Do we know anything about interactions? I guess http://www.reddit.com/r/Nootropics/comments/2sokf2/tianeptine_noopept_amp_citrate_and_alpha_gpc/ is one data point.
Just wondering if people know about studies/more even anecdotal data (which is surprisingly lacking here) that I don't know about. There's not even a link to it in this sub's wiki afaik.

I bought Taurine and a few other things based on your recommendations ages ago. Would you explain how necessary it is to get Taurine and CoQ10 if one is taking stimulents regularly?

Taurine protects your cardiac muscles from damage, and causes significant decreases in blood pressure. It is a compound that is essential for the function of skeletal/cardiac muscle. It also acts as an antioxidant, as well as keeping potassium and magnesium inside of cells, while at the same time keeping excess sodium out. I always take it with any powerful stimulant I use.
CoQ10 is a component of the electron transport chain in mitochondria. It helps transport ATP into cells, where that energy can be used properly. It also acts an an antioxidant. I've also started adding in PQQ to my stimulant stack. I get a supplement with both ubiquinol (fully reduced CoQ10) and PQQ, and that seems to work well.
