re: 60mg vial n-acetyl-semax http://www.ceretropic.com/n-acetyl-semax-solution/
First, yes, i emailed but no reply; therefore, eliciting user experiences
The vial needs to be reconstituted with the bacteriostatic water. Usually vials for reconstitution can only accommodate 2-3 cc....and then with the powder, the total volume is usually changed--and i have seen it both ways. For instance, with alteplase you inject 2.2ml and the total volume becomes 2ml, strangely; however, in other cases i have seen a total volume increase.
1. How much volume of the water do you inject into the 60mg vial?
2. As a second verification, how many mg per ml does that produce?
There has been talk about the use of insulin syringes for SQ injection--insulin syringes come in UNITS, not cc's, usually either in a 50u or 100u volume syringe. Generally, we use tuberculin (TB) syringes for SQ medication injection other than insulin--insulin syringes are only used for insulin in medical practice--a nurse would get fired for injecting anything but insulin from an insulin syringe in a hospital setting. The TB syringe has a total volume of 1ml, with very easy to see .1ml marks. Altho the size of the 100u insuli…

you mean to tell me that you take that flimsy 100u insulin syringe, and you withdraw bacteriostatic water 5 times and inject 5 times with the 1ml?
:)
I wouldnt think that tiny needle could withstand such rubber-stopper trauma (10times).....those rubber stoppers are MUCH more dense and thicker than the insulin vial stoppers
:)
ok, this was interesting.
1. you reconstitute with 5ml and do not worry about the volume change with the powder.
2. you then draw up 5 UNITS (0.05ml) to administer 600mcg
3. you dose for up to 3 months straight (or 4mo; you posted it someplace)
thank you for your feedback.
but i would warn that sq quadricep location is not recommended for ppl that exercise/run in particular
:)
In theory, it could affect the absorption rate, esp. with those with muscular legs....even if injected sq near that muscle.
i would think that for us guys we would simply pinch one of our love handles if we didnt like the abdomen

Haha, yes I do. I am about to mix more at home. This time I am going to bring some 2ml and 10ml glass syringes from the office. However, most people don't have those. I guess you could get a larger plastic one, and use that for mixing. I do kind of like the accuracy of the the smaller ones, though; even if it takes longer.
Make sure you are getting the rubber stopper in the middle of it. You might have to poke a few times. It should not be super thick for you. If it is, you are probably angled through the side part of the seal.
Yes for 1, 2, and 3. I started injecting on the thigh, but have since moved to the stomach. I like the stomach better, because it's easier to access than my leg. I don't have to take my pants off and walk around with a syringe like a crazy person. For things like TB500 and BPC157, I inject at the site of injury. In my case, that is the shoulder.
