Hypericin or Hyperforin?

Hi, I hope this is the correct subreddit for this question.
Due to some sleep problems and anxiety I have been having on & off since November, I'm thinking of trying St. John's Wort. I don't want to use a prescription medicine until there are no other options left. My question is, is hypericin proved to be completely inefficient for treating anxiety & depression? I have read lots of scientific papers where it's said that hypericin was thought to be the major agent of St. John's Wort's antidepressant effects, but it turned out that it was actually hyperforin. The problem is, there are no hyperforin-based products in my country. I can order them from Amazon but it would take at least two weeks and cost a lot of money. If I buy a hypericin-based, standardized product, would it help me combat my anxiety and sleep problems at all?
FYI, my main problem is waking up after just 5 hours of sleep every night. I can go to sleep very easily, but no matter what time I go to bed, I always wake up after maximum 6 hours (and 6 is very rare, it's almost always 5 hours). No SJW standardized to Hypericin has ever done anything for me. Perika, which is standardized to Hyperforin, works perfectly.
