Hi Guys,
28 days since i quit taking nootropics and nootropic related compounds. I have to say that it was the right decision. I finally got back what went missing over the curse of my nootropic experiment: stability. I naver had any real issues with my mind, and therefore i had really no reason to take those compounds. Maybe nootropics is something for you if you have mental issues, but if you have none: i would not fix something if it ain´t broken.
I even dropped the tianeptine, my mood scores have gone extremely up. I write down what mood i have had every day in my dairy.
So i will not go back, my nootropic-free life is much better.
All the best to you all

Everyone needs to cycle things, and constantly improve their regimen. I was on a metric shitload of things for a while. I was productive, and got a lot of things done. I am now on absolutely nothing but coffee. Time off is good for everyone. I feel great right now. When I start not feeling so great, I will alter things. Nothing is simple, but that makes life interesting. Embrace the complexity.
