Reversing kappa-opioid-receptor agonism?

Hi,
I am using Atomoxetine and it's kappa-opioid-receptor agonist. Can I somehow counteract this effect only?
It seems to take the joy out of doing anything and I don't experience much pleasure from a lot of things that I used to love, e.g., I used to love cooking.

Indeed. Can't find the last thread on it but someone who claims to have known the researcher who worked on it said that the non-sustained ventricular tachycardia was likely unrelated to JDTic administration, i.e. the subject had confounding heart issues.
However, the thread also stated issue with JDTic's long half-life, measured in weeks. So if it's not a good match then that's a pretty long time to deal with it.
Which brings us to Zyklophin, a short-acting kappa antagonist. 12 hours short. Found in discussion at longecity surprisingly enough after looking for the JDTic thread. It's a peptide so /u/MisterYouAreSoDumb might be able to tell us if it's a feasible candidate.

That would be extremely expensive to synthesize.
