A few questions:
1. How much did you take and how often?
2. Did you notice any sort of tolerance or similar negative effect?
3. Do you have narcolepsy?

Thanks for the info--I appreciate it very much, MYASD.
Report: My inital (and so far only) dose was ~04:30 [AM] Monday, 10 hours into a batshit 14 hr MedSurg shift, (the 2nd consecutive such shift for me, with ~4 hrs sleep in-between). I administered 100mcg intranasally to both myself and a co-worker (me: male 72.5kg, coworker: female, ~60kg--who was then on her 4th consecutive 12hr night shift), followed by 50mcg ~1hr after. This was thrillingly effective to combat sleep-dep fatigue/brain fog, more so than Armodafinil 150mg, NA-Semax Amidate 500mcg, or the combination thereof. Note: 10mg methylphendate had been taken ~2 hours before admin. Perhaps is this more significant than I'm allowing? MYASD, do you have a comment on a possible potentiation role for Orexin-A?
Slightly off-topic: The effects of N-AS-A (@ 500mcg intranasal doses administered directly before heading into work) are barely noticeable, especially further into my "work week". P21 is yet another expensive peptide that I've heard synergizes Semax. Comments on the coadmin of P21 & N-AS-A in the "morning", and then relying on Orexin for rescue admin, typically 8-10 hrs later? BTW I'm talking 3-4 doses of P21/N-AS-A and 2-3 doses of Orexin per week.
tl;dr The considerable trepidation I had concerning the high cost of Orexin-A has dissipated. Shit works. Thanks for offering it, MYASD.

The methylphenidate likely played a role, for sure. However, the orexin-A probably potentiated it. Glad you reacted well to it!
P21 is a really good one to synergize with N-Acetyl Semax Amidate. I've also combined it with orexin-A before without issue.
