Do you know how to prepare it for a properly administration?
PS: I know that cerebrolysin needs to be administered via injection. How to use the powder?

Then, apparently CNTF Peptide Fragment 147-150 has the same problems

That's just DGGL. That is not going to get to your brain before it breaks down. That is why we have our P21. It is essentially DGGL with an adamantane moiety and acetylated termini, to protect it from ezymatic degradation. If you inject DGGL, your plasma peptidase enzymes will break it down before it gets past the BBB. If you swallowed the powder, it would probably not even make it to your bloodstream in any meaningful amounts, much less your brain. You would need to make some massive modifications to make it work.
So essentially our P21 is DGGL, with an acetylated N-terminus and with 3-amino-adamantane-1-carboxylic acid (^A Gly) on the C-terminus. That is essentially an adamantane moiety, with an amidated amino acid terminus. So not only do the acetylated and amidated ends protect the termini, but the adamantane increases lipophilicity and transport across the BBB. Offering just regular DGGL as a powder, means they do not understand the pharmacodynamics of the substances they are selling.
