The FDA buries evidence of fraud in medical trials. My students and I dug it up.

The whole Cerebral Health thing was pretty eye-opening for me. I spoke with representatives at both the supplements and drugs division. I showed them evidence CH sent people to the hospital, and were selling completely mislabeled products. I handed them everything on a silver platter. They couldn't care less. Just look at the new evidence that most of the supplements in stores don't even have the active ingredients in them. Do you think the FDA is going to punish those companies? Hah!
The FDA is a joke, and the US system needs a total overhaul if we are going to actually advance our species. It's all about the money, not about the usefulness to society. Now they are going after places like India, to try and get them to go along with our corrupt patent extension games. Ohh, the Cetirizine patent ran out? Well fuck, let's just patent levocetirizine at half the dosage! Ohh, Albuterol's patent has long been done? Let's lobby Congress to outlaw the CFC delivery system, and force people to use the new patented spray mechanism. Then let's just really fuck the consumers, by charging 1000% markups! You know making enantiopure cetirizine must have cost just billions...
