Tianeptine sodium salt VS Tianeptine?

Just trying to decide between sources. One of the places I am considering buying from has their tianeptine listed as tianeptine sodium salt. Is that different from regular tianeptine? Do you need more of this for benefits than you would regular tianeptine?

Stupid question: supposing that once-a-day administration is enough and the standard dosage is 12.5mg/3xday, should you take a single 12.5mg dose or one 37.5mg dose??

You are going to have to increase the dosage anyway, since the new version is a higher molar mass than the old one. It's only about 15% different, though. Then you would need to account for the peak plasma levels you want. So perhaps a single 40mg dose would take the place of three 12.5mg dosages. We are still testing.
