Best gadget to quickly measure quantities in milligrams?

I've capped my own supplements in the past, so I have a big bag of size "00" vegcapsules and a capsule machine. However, I don't have a good way to quickly measure quantities in milligrams with a sensitivity of +/- 1mg and then get that material into the capsule machine.

Any suggestions?

With the inexpensive capsule machine he has its not completely impossible. Especially with one of those small white scoops from liftmode.

It's completely impossible. I would not even feel comfortable saying the scale is accurate to +/- 1mg, unless he has an expensive scale like our Ohaus. Then trying to quickly and accurately scoop that amount into a ton of capsules? No way dude.
