Best gadget to quickly measure quantities in milligrams?

I've capped my own supplements in the past, so I have a big bag of size "00" vegcapsules and a capsule machine. However, I don't have a good way to quickly measure quantities in milligrams with a sensitivity of +/- 1mg and then get that material into the capsule machine.

Any suggestions?

There is no way to get +/- 1mg accuracies, quickly, when encapsulating. That is, unless you have extremely expensive equipment.
