Have tried both Semax and Selank prior to trying the N-Acetyl versions with no success. I trialed a 10mg vial of Selank first intranasally and it did nothing for me; my doses were around 1mg. Then I decided to order the 120mg vial of Semax. Again nothing. I took this vial until it ran out dosing most the time 4mg 2x a day with my final dose being 16mg single shot sub-q and still nothing.
Fast forward a few months and I decide to try the N-Acetyl versions of these peptides. They came in this past Saturday and I dosed 500mcg sub-q of the Selank first....nothing. Mixed the Selank and Semax together(30mg vials each). Have dosed so far 1mg of each...nothing.....2mg each.....nothing.....and today I decided to do 2mg of each sub-q followed by 2mg of each intranasally......if you guessed nothing than you are correct.
I am jelly towards the people these peptides work for. I am not totally sure why these peptides do not work for me but I assume it has something to do with my prior opiate/speed addiction. Just wanted to throw this out there that these peptides don't work for everyone and I am the perfect example.

Damn! It was worth a shot. Something about your brain chemistry is definitely not working with them. I would undoubtedly say it is due to the amphetamine and opioid past. That is pretty much the thing everyone has in common that writes me saying Semax did not work. I can speculate about the mechanism, but it would only be that at this point. It could be IEG expression, structural changes to your reward center, or even melanocortin system interactions.
You said a lot other things have no effect on you, right?
