Hi Guys,

every time i take Semax i get pretty irritated, like i get angry because of nothing. Combining it with Phosphatidylserine will take that irritability away to a good extend.

doesn't it depend on the source of the PS? I heard bovine derived PS does indeed lower cortisol while soy derived doesn't.

Right, but there is no bovine PS available anywhere. So you will only be getting plant-based sources.

All studies show no hormonal changes with Semax. So that means that so far it does not look like it increases cortisol. Also, PS has been shown to not affect cortisol. So I doubt that is the relationship here. PS does bl
