Phosphatidylserine will take irritability from semax away

Hi Guys,

every time i take Semax i get pretty irritated, like i get angry because of nothing. Combining it with Phosphatidylserine will take that irritability away to a good extend.

All studies show no hormonal changes with Semax. So that means that so far it does not look like it increases cortisol. Also, PS has been shown to not affect cortisol. So I doubt that is the relationship here. PS does blunt the stress-induced activation of the hypothamamo-pituitary-adrenal axis, though. So perhaps it is a downstream stress effect that is is helping with.

Right, but there is no bovine PS available anywhere. So you will only be getting plant-based sources.
