Best L-theanine and caffeine on Amazon?

I received an Amazon gift card over the holidays and was looking to finally try this stuff out after lurking for a while. Since L-theanine and caffeine seems to be starting point for most, I was wondering if any of you had personal recommendations of brands to buy on Amazon.
The wiki only links to a search page on amazon, so I figured it would be better to ask so I don't make a mistake.
I hoping this will help supplement my Adderall and help to keep me more alert and focused throughout the day, mainly to help study for university. Also, If anyone knows any other good products on Amazon for a beginner, please make some recommendations.

true but you'd never be able to know the exact amount in the exact caffeine amount per cup. that's my problem.

Disregard my previous message. That was for L-theanine content, not caffeine. I read caffeine, but had L-theanine on the mind.
Caffeine content is usually measured more in tea than L-theanine. You should be able to get a ballpark amount, based on the type and brand.
