Dude learn some mandarin. i am not doing it for a business sense but more for helping to tear down the great firewall sense. It really is not as hard as people make out, i found french much harder. At least is mandarin there are the 4 tones and that is it no female/male nouns/pronouns/whatever.

Just a shame here most Chinese communities are Cantonese although i have pulled of the wayne world ordering on the phone a few times!
