Powder sticks to everything

I decided to try my first attempt into nootropics and got myself some L-theanine and caffeine, in powder form from Power City. Got my order in a speedy manner, product appears fine, but both of them literally stick to everything - the inside of the bag, the scooping cup, the scale. Although I measured out the right amount according to my scale, I know I ended up with a lot less than that in me because so much stuck to my scale and I had to clean it off. How do you all deal with this?

Where do you get liquid form at, and how much is it usually compared to powder?

We make the liquid. It's currently pumpkin pie flavored. It's not very expensive. $12 for (60) 100mg doses, or $20 for (120) 100mg doses.
