Powder sticks to everything

I decided to try my first attempt into nootropics and got myself some L-theanine and caffeine, in powder form from Power City. Got my order in a speedy manner, product appears fine, but both of them literally stick to everything - the inside of the bag, the scooping cup, the scale. Although I measured out the right amount according to my scale, I know I ended up with a lot less than that in me because so much stuck to my scale and I had to clean it off. How do you all deal with this?

I don't. I use our liquid L-Theanine and caffeine pills. I hate dealing with powder now. However, the cost savings are too good to pass up for some. Reducing static helps a bit, depending on the substance. Also, make sure everything is nice and dry before using it.

What is the best nootropic for someone looking primarily for a boost of energy and motivation that's stronger than caffeine but less extreme than amphetamines?
