It makes it a lot stronger. If you've ever taken a bit too much nicotine, it's that feeling. Not a good one. Then taking memantine after using nicotine for a while makes the brainfog and depersonalization a lot stronger, even at low dosages.

Honestly, I am not sure. I would assume only a few weeks. However, it could be longer. I am going to go off nicotine for two weeks, then give memantine a go. It might not be long enough, but it will be a good test.
