It's in a liquid form..would I still need to dilute before administration, also how much doses is in a 60ml vial?

You ordered a 60mg vial. That comes in a bacteria-free vial, as a lyophilized powder. You need to add bacteriostatic water to make the solution, and dilute to the dosage you want.
