Nootropics to boost immune system?

I'm starting to feel sick, and was curious if any nootropics could lessen or totally eradicate an illness by boosting your immune system. I remember reading that L-Theanine can boost your immune system and possiblly Phenebut via cortisol reduction and immunocorrective activity. Does anyone have other compounds in mind or advice that might help?
Also I know exercise can boost your immune system, is it a good idea to run/lift when you feel the onset of an illness?

I've been using this for a while as well, combined with Prescript-Assist, and I'm a huge fan of both. However, EpiCor does get expensive, so I'll likely begin looking for a vendor that carries the horse version.

EpiCor is cheap as hell! Get the Source Naturals brand, 60 capsule bottles. Vitacost has them cheap.
