Nootropics to boost immune system?

I'm starting to feel sick, and was curious if any nootropics could lessen or totally eradicate an illness by boosting your immune system. I remember reading that L-Theanine can boost your immune system and possiblly Phenebut via cortisol reduction and immunocorrective activity. Does anyone have other compounds in mind or advice that might help?
Also I know exercise can boost your immune system, is it a good idea to run/lift when you feel the onset of an illness?

EpiCor has changed my life. If I keep daily dosages of it, I do not get sick. Period. I used to get sick 7-8 times a year, and badly sick at that. I taught in India a few years ago, and almost died in a hospital there from an unknown lung infection. Since then, my immune system was shot. After starting on an EpiCor regimen, along with some probiotics, I am back to being able to fight off sicknesses.
