Tianeptine Powder Handling

I ordered 1g of bulk powder from PowderCity and I'm stumped with what to do with this. I was only able to measure out about 500mg of loose powder, the rest being absolutely stuck to the bag that it came in. How do I get the rest out?

Tianeptine degrades, so that stuck powder might not actually be as effective. There is a long carbon sidechain on tianeptine, that is very susceptible to oxidation and UV light. There are at least 3 known products that it degrades into. I am working on a way to make the powder more stable, though.
