I'm fairly new to the usage in nootropics and while researching I came across this vendor.
It doesn't have as much variety but it caught my eye since it's european based and some of the products have independent CoA which is reassuring.
Has anyone used it before?

Wow, I'm glad you took the time to specifically name off all these obscure, related products/companies and explain in detail why they are superior to known and trusted ones. I'm certain you are unaffiliated with the organization you are praising. Also your name /u/daytradez and your small comment history of hard to decipher suggestions about nootropics not likely based in scientific fact definitely give you an air of trustworthiness. Especially the past endorsement to the same company by linking to one of their products. Most certainly not being driven by monetary rewards from this organization.
To be fair though it's clear this user's first language isn't english, but it's still massively suspect.

The products are patent, so you know they are good... I'll bring this user up with the other mods. It does seem suspicious.
