I'm fairly new to the usage in nootropics and while researching I came across this vendor.
It doesn't have as much variety but it caught my eye since it's european based and some of the products have independent CoA which is reassuring.

Has anyone used it before?

Those do not seem to be 3rd party COAs. They either have their own lab, or those are supplier COAs. This is the first I have heard of them. They seem to be located in France.
