Hey all,
(This is gonna be a little long, but I wanted to do the best that I could to explain this so that it is both easily understandable, and backed up with hard science. Please keep in mind that I'm not a trained or licensed medical professional, I highly encourage you to do your own research to back up your decisions.)
I've been dealing with IBS issues, mainly concerning pain and gas, for a few years now. I've gone the whole nine-yards with multiple courses of antibiotics, supplements, and different diets. Avoiding carbs has worked fairly well for me, but I still have occasional flare ups from splurging, stress, or for seemingly no reason at all.
