Hmmm i have a feeling i know who this could be but the article makes it unclear vearing around modifinal and sunifiram.

For MHRA to be involved they must have been selling things for human consumption (i.e in pills etc). This is why its fine for someone in the UK to order melatonin from the U.S but not to sell it on in the UK
