Labs in Poland scared of nootropics?

Hi there, I just wanted to share how surprised I am about laboratories in Poland and their attitude towards nootropics. I need to test some substances, just run some mass spec in order to identify if that’s exactly what manufacturer claims. I keep sending requests to labs and they keep responding in a similar manner, basically pointing out that:
- these are psychoactive substances and it’s a ‘delicate subject’
- these substances may be associated with the subject of RCs (unscheduled recreational drugs)
- they don’t want to risk they reputation
- when concerned with such substances, they may cooperate only with ‘big, well known pharmaceutical companies’
Poland is a specific country, recently we had a very loud campaign regarding RCs. There were some shops selling “legal drugs" to kids, lots of noise in media, harsh laws applied by politicians, etc. All these events have probably put a bad stigma over the subject of "consuming chemical substances to alter brain functioning”. While we all know that nootropics are a completely different story than RCs, it seems that people running these laboratories are scared and confused, not really wanting to discuss this matter. Here we come to…

That's not true. Look at the invoice image http://www.longecity.org/forum/topic/58609-coluracetam-user-feedback/ .
Yeah, first batch ot longecity COLURCETAM was created in Poland. You just don't know where to ask.

I believe that is what he is trying to get across. Who should he speak to in Poland to help with testing? I have been speaking to him via PM, but I only know US-based labs.
