Nausea from tianeptine after 6 months

I've been taking Tianeptine for around 6 months and have found it to be the only drug that helps my depression. As of last week I've suddenly started to feel nauseous and sometimes vomit after dosing. Has anyone had this problem? What should I do? I've tried ginger and other OTC remedies for naseua and they don't help at all. Tried having a few days break from Tianeptine and that didn't help.

I definitely prefer ondansetron.

Yeah, that is probably better for long term use. I have never tried it, though. I very rarely need an anti nausea med. Even after general anesthesia, I feel fine. But Melanotan 2 is one that does get me queasy if I take too much.
