I am finding the higher dosages are better for acute effects. So 2-4 mg. However, I am not sure if that is the best for long term. Cerebrolysin supposedly works well as a large dose once a week. Perhaps P21 would work best in that manner as well. Or perhaps it would be best to keep it to 1mg dosed daily. There is just not enough data yet to say.

Semax is very different than Cerebrolysin. Our P21 is the one that is similar to Cerebro. Semax is more like a stimulating noopept, if that makes any sense.
