What is the pharmacological MOA for SEMAX and SELANK?

I'm not using a computer, I'm using a Reddit app on my smartphone. So I can either view links inside the app (Bacon reader) or on my phones web browser which is Google chrome.

I tried installing the mega app but it still doesn't work. Is it a file stored on this mega app or something?

If its a url could you maybe send me the url instead of just a link? Unfortunately links just automatically open up the browser and this mega upload site. With the url I can copy and paste into different browsers and see what happens?

They are all PDFs. So you need a device that can open PDF files.
