I just tried my first dose today and it's a lot cleaner than straight methylcobalamin. Even though the flavor and color are a little reminiscent of 'tussin, it is totally worth the purchase. Normally b-12 gives me a rapid shot of energy and they a not pleasant crash. In this instance, the crash has been non-existence. That alone makes it worthwhile. Also, it seems to be really good at eliminating some of the concomitant 'worn thin' feeling I feel when taking any type of -afinil for too many days.
Interesting side effect: I've been developing a nasty MONST(ard) energy drink habit and for the first day in ages I haven't craved any. So, if for no other reason, it's effective for eliminating Monster Beverages profit margins and thereby effective in lessening diabetes rates.
