Pramiracetam tastes\smells exactly like ALCAR?

Bought Pram from NootropicsDepot and the ALCAR from Amazon. They taste and smell exactly alike, very strong fish-like odor. Is this normal or possible there was a mixup?

I've just dosed it again. Left it in there for a good 30 seconds. Definitely feel the burning sensation but there's definitely a fishy aftertaste very much like ALCAR. I've got two 5 gram bottles of Pram. I'll open up the second one tomorrow to see if there's any difference in taste. If not, I'd say it's probably just how Pram is.

You would not be able to leave pramiracetam in your mouth for 30 seconds. It seriously burns, and tastes like battery acid. I have some 99.9% pure pram right next to me, and there is no fishy taste. I'm not discounting that you might be defining the taste differently, but I think you would know pram if you tasted it. It's one of the worst tasting things out there.
