Have the prices of Nootropics lowered within the last 6 months or so?

Hey guys, I haven't been much into nootropics and such until recently again, and looking around on some sites, I noticed that the prices may have seem like they've gone lower. I don't know, I'm probably too fogged up to even remember anything from when I first purchased my Aniracetam/Noopept from NootropicsDepot, but the total of those two came out to be about $30ish of the lowest quantity. I don't remember shipping being $10, either.
Anyways, I was just wondering, does price = quality? Also, I noticed on Ceretropic, while droppers are very convenient for me, I don't know if it's actually worth it? Don't get me wrong, I'm actually thinking of placing an order with them soon, but I'm taking a look at the Noopept sublingual dropper and it's like 60 doses of 10mg each dose... Isn't that a tad bit expensive for $20, or is there something that makes it special?
I'm just curious. I don't really mean to bash on it or anything, in fact, I'd really love to make a purchase for it as I can't stand Noopept powder. But I just can't stand to think that I might not be getting my money's worth as I can get more of it elsewhere as a powdered source. Anyone?

Yeah 12.5mg a day is what I'm running for the first time. Amazing so far, a nice feeling of well being, up a few pounds already somehow (probably just from increased appetite/training), and strength is way up. I'm actually going to go to the store and buy heavier dumbbells for the home gym! Thoroughly impressed.

Very cool! I have been really impressed with the SARMs so far. We are going to be putting a SERM and an AI up on the site soon, for a simple PCT. I just need to design the labels, and have them printed. We already have the product in.
