Vicodin + L-Theanine + Caffeine?

I recently broke my thumb and was prescribed 5mg Hydrocodone/ 500mg APAP. I am currently taking 200mg of L-Theanine 20 minutes before a medium sized cup of black coffee and was wondering how the Vicodin will affect this stack.
1. Will the L-Theanine pronounce the effects of the Hydrocodone or will they work independently?

It was my understanding that L-Theanine was primarily related to Gaba and Glutamate and know that they're looking at it as having potential to upregulate Gaba receptors. That's a rarity, but I believe I've read a study showing it was helpful in the attenuation of glutamate excitotoxicity It doesn't act as an agonist at the Gaba receptor sites but it does increase Gaba in the brain. Kind of like some calcium channel blockers. It hasn't been shown to downregulate Gaba receptors either from what I recall.
Forgive me for not citing references, I'm on my phone but I thought it's effects on dopamine weren't as significant. It's likely I've missed a study or two since most things in the brain never act as if in a vacuum when dealing with catecholamines and neurotransmitters. Learn something new every day.
By increasing alpha waves in the brain, it could make you a bit more chill regardless of the caffeine unless you're sensitive to it. I don't see how any of the compounds are contraindicated as L-Theanine seems to behave well with nearly anything ingested.

You are correct. The main actions are not dopaminergic.
