How many of you also exercise, sleep well, and keep a good diet?

Obviously these are the front line "nootropics" but for some people they are difficult because of certain conditions, be it social, jobs, disabilities or bad habits. But they are the best things by far....how many of you are good practicioners? Personally I'm not perfect, I don't exercise intensely enough or keep a regular schedule, often get too little sleep, drink a little too much sometimes...Do any of these nootropics help you keep these things up? Melatonin helps me sleep but that's a ubiquitous thing and I feel like its a crutch. Anything less common?
If I had more money I would: get a personal trainer/mentor/health coach and sign up for yoga classes (for the mind/body spiritual wholeness) and probably eat a little better (I would buy a vitamix to make super healthy smoothies)

Assuming that's a joke (<-- really bad at detecting some forms of sarcasm).

Yes, it is sarcasm.
