NSI-189 Experiences?

I just tried 40mg of NSI-189 for the first time today after completely forgetting that I took Imitrex earlier for a migraine and I'm wondering if the effects are usually this noticeable or if it might be some kind of interaction. There is a strange tension/stretching sensation kind of around my temple, almost as if I'm lifting my eyebrows or something, and I feel somewhat light headed. I actually feel pretty good altogether, but kind of uncomfortable in some ways because it's almost like a mix of stimulation and sedation. Unless this is due to the Imitrex (which should have been wearing off around when I took the NSI-189), I'm going to say 40mgs is a bit too much for me personally.
Some of the effects I'm getting make me wonder if it has any sort of serotonergic or GABAaergic activity that is known. Has anyone else noticed similar effects?
Edit: After returning to normal and trying 10 mg this time (2 days later) with no other medications it seems quite subtle so far. I'll probably stick to this dose for at least a few days and then possibly up the dose by another 10 mgs depending on how I feel at that point. If there end up being too many side effects after using it for a while…

I don't even have a way to argue with you on this.

Because it's true. How many times have you injured yourself, or been to the hospital in the past year?
