Are Nootropics bad for children??

I am asking in more regards to a teenage brain(15), but tell me about children too. Are nootropics bad for developing brains? Or maybe since developing brains are more malleable, nootropics may have an even better effect?

I am asking specifically in regards to:
Piracetam
Modafinil
Vinpocetine

but also, too most nootropic stacks in general. Any thoughts?

If I ever have a child, I will put him on the uridine stack as well. I will name him Magnus. Then we can compare results! A second data point will be useful. It's going to take me some time to set everything up, though.
