Since piracetam has been shown to be less effective in mice that do not have adrenal glands, and long-term use of stimulants can lead to adrenal fatigue, it's very possible that your stimulant use made the piracetam less effective. However, piracetam is pretty subtle as it is. You may just not be noticing the effects.
