I was referring to the fact that the FDA pulled the 23andMe tests because they were scared people would read the data and make stupid decisions (like switching from nicotine to cocaine).

Ohh, ok. I think they were more concerned about the lack of double blind studies proving the recommendations were accurate. I don't think they would reasonably think that people would switch to cocaine from nicotine just because they had a lower risk of addiction.
