Just pointing out the studies are using the process this particular brand uses. The gel caps have never been shown to have any benefit.

The process of adding vitamin E to stabilize it is good. However, the benefits of a gelcap don't need to be shown. The mechanism is obvious. Oxidation requires oxygen. If you seal the oil in an impermeable capsule, then there is less likelihood of that oxidation happening. It's the same reason the only worth-while SAMe supplements come sealed in blister packs. The more you can do to keep the substance from coming into contact with oxygen, the better.
