A very specific process/type of omega-3 is used in all the studies proportion health benefits of omega-3's. If you don't use this one (this is one of the few using the same process), there is limited research that they help.

Real quality EPA/DHA supplements process the supplement properly, then seal it in gelcaps designed to prevent oxidation. A bottle of liquid fish oil is great until it is opened. Or maybe Carlsons should just use the widget from Guinness cans...
