Assuming sublingual would be the ROA for your product. How would you plan on dividing the doses given the increase in bioavailability over oral? 1mg units?

Yeah, probably 1mg to make it easier to dose smaller amounts.

Potentially, yes. L-amp has been shown to have slight nootropic qualities. We have been considering offering selegiline soon. Multiple people have asked us to look into it.
