Most cost effective stack?

I am currently a student who does not have unlimited funds, only about $200, and I'd like to supply myself for about 2-3 years.
What would be the most cost effective way to improve my brain? Looking for memory, cognition, and attention mostly. Also links to places to buy would be extremely excellent! Thanks in advance!

I looked it up on Amazon and it looks a little too expensive. I really cannot go over $200. Are there any others?

Those scales are not going to be accurate enough for noopept. The Gemini-20 is only $23 on Amazon.
