Not really a nootropic, as it is an opioid. That being said, I just had some myself. What aspect of kratom do you find helps with creative expression? I don't really notice that effect.

That's interesting. I have never gotten skin issues. It can lead to mood swing if you are not careful. The opioid system is complicated. What strain were you using?

I notice a difference between Sumatra white vein, green Malay, and Maeng Da. I have never tried Thai red or Kali Kaya. Green Bali seems pretty similar to Sumatra red.
