Can someone recommend a stack for depression, social anxiety, concentration, motivation?

Thanks.

Edit: Would like to restrict to supplements, maybe racetams or adrafinil. Definitely nothing illegal.

If you want a single substance to help with depression and anxiety, I would say tianeptine. I am taking it right now. It provides a very nice mood uplift for a couple hours. That's the only bad part is the short half life. You need to re-dose multiple times per day. With our sublingual dropper vials, that is not a big deal at all, though. /advertisement

Apart from that, you should look at your diet. Perhaps you are low on B vitamins. A good B complex every day makes a big difference to one's energy levels if they are deficient. The same goes for vitamin D; especially in the winter. I would add some D in there as well.

Then you also have the adaptopgens like rhodiola (which I love), bacopa, and ashwagandha. They will help your body deal with stress, and modulate your catecholamine systems.

I would not suggest adrafinil for depression, as it is more a wakefulness promoting agent. It might make you feel better for a time, just due to the increased energy. However, the underlying problem will still be there. Plus, it does not really help with social anxiety.

I would also say no to racetams, unless you are talking about coluracetam. That is the only one that provides a positive mood uplift reliably.

5 days of 3 x 1.6g piracetam use. Still no effect?

To be honest, if you are going into this with the thought that you are going to get rapid and noticeable changes, then you are going to be let down more times that you can count. Nootropics are about finding what works w

Awesome! I am glad you like them. I must just be weird, because I actually like the taste of the noopept. Everyone, including Jason, says that it is not pleasant. I never minded powdered noopept under my tongue, though.
