Sorry if this reads as an advert but I've had really good luck with Nootropicsdepot's uridine ump. Cheapest in bulk I've found so far and doses nice and easy under the tongue at 450-500mg every morning.

I am on the fence with NOW. Some of their products seems good, while others seem to have no effect. I think their is high variability in their products.

Triacetyluridine fucks me up! I get blurry vision and brainfog like crazy. I have not tried UMP yet. It's just such a strong adverse reaction that I cannot figure out. I have the Cardiovascular Research brand.

I have never tested their uridine, but we recently tested their Panax ginseng, and it was completely fake. ZERO ginseng of any species in the capsules, and ZERO ginsenosides. I would not trust a single thing from them.
