I got that way on the bunk UMP that SP was selling which supposedly turned out to be straight up uridine. I take one capsule of UMP before bed and wake up feeling like a champ. YMMV.

Ok, thanks! I am curious if it will cause a similar reaction or not. I'll probably try it on a day where I do not need to think too much, in case it happens again.

Got some uridine from a friend. he got it from absorb health, anyone have experience with them?

I have never tested their uridine, but we recently tested their Panax ginseng, and it was completely fake. ZERO ginseng of any species in the capsules, and ZERO ginsenosides. I would not trust a single thing from them.
