Yeah, if I could only ever take two nootropics, I'd say Selegiline+PRL-8-53. I've found 5mg/day of selegiline to have all the benefits of being on a low dose of amphetamines with none of the downsides, and the upside of theoretically making my expected lifespan ~103 years if I never stop (with significantly reduced early aging) extrapolating from the famous rodent longevity studies done with it a few years back.

Of course some people hate it, and I'm also passing over a bunch of other great compounds. One thing I like is you can play polypharmacy quite safely with most nootropics as long as you watch out for excitotoxicity. The risk of adverse drug interactions is quite low in the class, compared to most others.

We've been thinking about carrying sublingual selegiline soon. I have not personally tried it, but we are getting multiple requests for it.

It is true, most of the risks are from excitotoxicity. This is where substances like memantine can be useful; especially with stimulants like amphetamine.

My experiences with high dose (100mg+) tianeptine over a two month period

You need to start tapering off it now! You are not using it properly, and are going to cause yourself harm. Tianeptine is hard on the liver at those dosages. It is not meant to be taken at 650mg/day. Your usage is irresp
